Field Trips and User Group Rentals

Flicka Gymnastics offers a wide variety of activities to suit your group bookings. Whether you are an activity group wanting to plan a fun outing or a high school class looking to meet physical education curriculum requirements, we have something to offer you. Your group will receive a one-hour structured gymnastics lesson with our certified coaches, which will include a fun activity to get them warmed up, followed by gymnastics skills on our specialized gymnastics equipment. Rentals are based on one-hour rentals. 

 

If you are looking for specific cross-training activities or are looking to work on specific events/skills, please let us know so we can customise a program that fits your needs.

 

Flicka Rental Prices

Group Booking Details:

  • Days: Monday – Friday Only

  • Time: Anytime between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM Only

  • Duration: April to June 2025

 

 

Conditions:

  • Each child must purchase the yearly insurance if they do not already have one.

  • Bookings are not auto-confirmed. Bookings will only be confirmed if the time and day requested are available and if we have a coach available. We cannot guarantee requests for a particular coach.

  • Groups must have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8—this is a strict requirement.

  • Bookings are subject to our current withdrawal and refund policy.


Classes Available for Group Bookings:

  • Parent & Tot: 1 year 8 months – 3 years

  • Thrilling 3s: 2 years 10 months – 3 years 8 months

  • Fabulous 4s: 3 years 9 months – 4 years 7 months

  • Hi 5s: 4 years 7 months – 5 years 10 months

  • Girls Beginners: 5 years 10 months – 9 years 9 months

  • Boys Beginners: 5 years 10 months – 11 years 9 months

 

 

For Established Groups (Daycares, Stunt Teams, and More)

If you are an established group such as a daycare, stunt team, homeschool co-op, or performance group interested in a group booking, the process is different. Please email or call the office for more details on how to arrange a booking that meets your group’s needs.

 

For all other classes, we recommend private bookings.

Private Lessons Also Available

We will also be offering private lessons this season. Please see the conditions below;

  • Private booking confirmations are subject to time, day and coach availability as well as gym capacity.

  • The available time will strictly be between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm.

  • We DO NOT offer private classes on weekends due to gym capacity.

  • We charge $80 flat rate per hour plus the annual $57.

How to Book

To book, please call us at 604-985-7918 or email us at office@flickagymclub.com, providing an approximate number of participants, their ages, your ideal booking date/time, and contact information. 

​

All participating gymnasts must have a waiver form filled out and signed by a parent. Anybody without a waiver will NOT be allowed to participate.
